Shipping Information

We ship throughout the United States using major domestic land carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and specialized ground freight companies for larger orders.
Please note we only utilize land-based transport; we do not ship via ocean freight, nor do we service Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands.

Processing & Transit Time

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 8–12 business days (excluding transit time).

• Standard Shipping: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Total Estimated Time: Please allow up to 15 business days from the time you place your order to delivery.

Small Orders & Samples

If your order fits in a box smaller than 15 inches, we may ship it in multiple packages. This method is recommended for samples or small tile quantities and is fulfilled using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Large Orders (100 lbs+ or freight-eligible)

Orders weighing over 100 lbs or requiring palletized delivery are shipped via freight carrier. This is the safest option for large shipments and includes the following:

• Curbside Delivery: Freight is delivered to the street or sidewalk in front of your home or business—not brought inside.

• Liftgate Included: A liftgate is used to safely lower your pallet from the truck to the ground. This is required and included in your shipping cost for residential deliveries.

• Delivery Scheduling: The freight carrier may call you 1–2 days in advance to coordinate delivery. Please provide a valid phone number to avoid delays.

• Delivery Window: Freight deliveries are made during weekday business hours, Monday through Friday.

Additional Notes

• We currently do not ship internationally.

• We recommend placing large orders well in advance if your project is time-sensitive.
